Cut asparagus into 3cm pieces. Slice mushrooms.
Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
Add shrimp and stir-fry 2 minutes until pink. Remove.
Add asparagus and mushrooms. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic and ginger. Cook 30 seconds.
Return shrimp. Add soy sauce and toss everything together.
Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
