Guided relaxation protocol that promotes deep rest without sleep. Shown to restore dopamine levels and enhance learning.
How to do it
- 1Lie down comfortably
- 2Use a guided NSDR or Yoga Nidra recording (10-20 min)
- 3Follow the body scan and breathing instructions
- 4Don't try to stay awake or fall asleep — just follow the guide
- 5Ideal after learning or during afternoon dip
