Cook white rice according to package directions.
Peel and devein shrimp if not already done.
Cut broccoli into florets and slice bell pepper into strips.
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add broccoli, bell pepper, and peas to the wok. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
