How to do it
- 1Schedule 1-2 hour blocks of uninterrupted focus
- 2Close email, notifications, and social media
- 3Work on a single cognitively demanding task
- 4Take 10-15 min break between blocks
- 5Aim for 3-4 hours of deep work per day

Take breaks. Don't try to deep work for more than 4 hours in a day.
